Booking Process: Simply contact us regarding your hire requirements and we will email directly all relevant information, costs and booking details. Complete the Hire Agreement and return it with your payment to confirm your booking of hire.

Bookings: All bookings are to be confirmed 14 days in advance of your required date of hire. Later bookings or exceptions will be considered if possible to supply.

Deposit: A security deposit or credit card details are not required.

Payment: All hire fees are payable in advance upon invoice via cheque; money order; direct bank deposit or internet transfer. Bookings are not confirmed until payment and hire agreement are received.

Delivery: Hire products are available to all states of Australia via Road Express or Australia Post. Freight charges for delivery and return are to be paid by the customer  

Return Hire: Hire goods delivered via Road Express are supplied with a pre-addressed consignment note for return. Hire goods postal returns via Australia Post.

Set up: We can provide a professional flag & flagpole hire, delivery and set up service for events held within Greater Metropolitan Melbourne.
