For the convenience of all customers, we are open 6 days a week, except for major public holidays. Hours: Mon - Fri 8.00am - 6.00pm, Sat 9.00am - 5.00pm.

We offer Australia Wide delivery, and choose the most economical means of transport to your door via Australia Post or Express Road Freight. All freight is charged at our cost price which is payable by the customer. Please allow time for the manufacture of all custom made products. We also offer our own delivery service of flags & flagpoles within Melbourne, Victoria.

We offer a quality flagpole repair service within Melbourne and have the knowledge and experience to repair or maintain your existing flagpoles, from new flagpole rope replacement, flagpole fittings to timber flagpole restoration & re-spray painting.  

Adware have spent an extensive amount of time on product research, design and development, and have found great success with all of our products in the field. This research included testing, comparing and improving on other products available on the market. We utilise premium quality components only, and as a standard measure, pride ourselves on giving you the best products designed to be durable and most effective to their purpose. All products manufactured or stocked by Adware are made to, or above The Australian Standards.

1 General:
In consideration of Adware Flags & Flagpoles (Supplier) agreeing to supply goods and/or services (goods) to the Customer, the Customer agrees and accepts that these terms and conditions apply to all sale of goods by the Supplier to the Customer, to the exclusion of any conditions of sale appearing on any document of the Customer. The Customer further acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement of the parties as to the supply of goods by the Supplier, and may not be varied without the prior written agreement of the Supplier.

2. Ownership of Goods:
Title of all goods delivered to the Customer shall not pass until payment is received in full.

3. Returns:
No returns will be accepted for credit after (7) days without prior arrangement and authorisation by Adware Flags & Flagpoles.
Freight costs in respect of goods returned will not be accepted by Adware without prior arrangement and consent.

4. No Refunds:
No refunds in any respect whatsoever are offered to the customer for any custom made products. Please be sure of your exact requirements prior to our product order acceptance.

5. Terms of Payment:
Payment for materials, goods and services pursuant to this agreement, including G.S.T., is due in full and upon delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability:
The Customer acknowledges that no warranty, condition, description or representation in relation to goods supplied is given by Adware flags & flagpoles, expressly or implied. All warranties, terms and conditions in relation to the state, quality of fitness of the goods, and of every other kind whether implied by use, statute or otherwise are hereby excluded. Adware Flags & Flagpoles shall not be liable for physical or financial injury, loss or damage, or for consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of the supply of the goods or arising out of the Supplier's negligence or in any way whatsover. The Supplier's liability for a breach of a condition or warranty implied by Div.2 of Pt V of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (other than s.69) is hereby limited to:-
(a) In the case of goods, any one or more of the following:-
(1) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods
(2) the repair of the goods
(3) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods
(4) the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired, or,
(b) In the case of the services again:-
(1) the supplying of services again, or
(2) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again
The Supplier's liability under s.74H of the Trade Practices Act 1974 is expressly limited to pay the Customer an equal amount to:-
(a) the cost of replacing the goods; or the cost of obtaining equivalent goods; or
(b) the cost of having the goods repaired, whichever is the lowest amount.

Adware Flags & Flagpoles, or proprietors of such, shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the supply or failure of the goods or from the design or operation thereof, or for any advice provided in connection therewith. Adware shall be under no liability to the purchaser for any loss (including but not limited to loss of profits and consequential loss) or for damage to persons or property or for death or injury caused by any act or omission (including negligent acts or omissions) of the business, its servant or agents.

7. Warranty:
The Customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon delivery, and shall, within seven (7) days of inspection, give notice to the Supplier of any alleged defects in the goods. Failure buy the Customer to give such notice shall be deemed acceptance of the goods and the Customer shall be bound to pay for the same accordingly. This warranty given by Adware Flags & Flagpoles only intends to exclude statutory warranties and conditions to the extent permitted by the law.

8. Rights Reserved:
Adware Flags & Flagpoles reserve all rights to change at any time, without notice to the Customer (purchaser) any terms, conditions, pricing and product specifications whatsover.

9. Freight/ Australia Post Delivery Terms:

(a) All customer product orders or goods, at the time of dispatch from our premises, are carefully & professionally packed in full and in a proper new condition. The customer acknowledges, agrees and accepts by means of payment for said goods, all risk and responsibility during any freight carrier/shipping agent or postal transit or upon delivery to the customer's address or nominated destination.

(b) Adware Flags & Flagpoles offer No Refund, No replacement, No repair, No re-issue or re-supply of any customer orders or goods whatsoever once dispatched from our premises.

(c) All customer orders or goods once dispatched are at the customers own risk. Adware Flags & Flagpoles accepts no liability or responsibility or claim whatsoever for any damages, monetary loss or claim for, any stolen, missing, damaged, lost, delayed or late delivery of any such order/goods.

(d) Adware Flags & Flagpoles offer no free insurance for customer orders or goods. This includes; during and while in the care of, or in the possession of, or upon delivery to or by, any freight carrier agent or shipping agent or during transit of said goods or by means of Australia Postal delivery at anytime unless otherwise quoted for in writting upon invoice for such customer order goods.

(e) All freight carrier or Shipping agents or Australia Post designated consignment notes, receipts and records are retained by Adware Flags & Flagpoles for proof of dispatch for all customer orders. Details are available to the customer at anytime by means of verbal quotation or photocopy for the customers purposes.

(f) Once order goods have been dispatched, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact the relevant freight carrier agent or shipper or courier or Australia Post, if required, regarding any delivery concern.
