WALL MOUNT BRACKETS 

Wall mount flagpoles or wall mountable flagpoles are supplied with a set of heavy duty galvanised steel wall brackets, specially designed to facilitate, ease of any installation and provide long lasting corrosion resistance. Easily affixed to all brick walls, concrete walls and building facades. Wall mountable flagpoles are supplied with an additional aluminium tube, used as a installation template to correctly pre affix the wall brackets in place, before the final fitting and fixing of the flagpole itself. The use of a template tube is considered far safer when installing wall flagpoles while working at heights. 
 
INGROUND SPIGOT TUBE  

Inground spigot tubes are suitable for flagpoles up to six meters, and are a more economical means of flagpole installation. Firstly, the ground is excavated and the concrete is poured. Next, the spigot tube is set into the flagpoles footings centre at the correct depth. After this, the spigot tube is then levelled and braced with timber at four opposite points holding it firmly in place until, the concrete has fully cured.
Next, the flagpole is simply raised over the tube and pushed down to the bottom of the footing. The flagpole is then fixed to the spigot tube by means of a pop rivet or screw.
 
BOLT TO CONCRETE BASE 

These fully galvanised universal, dual purpose flagpole bases can be installed as a standard flagpole base combined with an in ground flagpole cage bolt assembly or alternatively, bolted directly to a suitable industrial grade concrete base via Dyna Bolts. Direct bolt to concrete flagpole installations are only utilised for industrial or commercial hard areas, building rooftops, or where a suitable approved concrete base is available, or specified by architects for above ground flagpole installations.
Bolt direct to concrete flagpoles should only be considered via consultation with a structural engineer, to ascertain the correct depth and stability of concrete base.  
 
CAGE BOLT ASSEMBLY 

Our superior designed & manufactured flagpole cage bolt assemblies are precision welded, forming a single heavy duty inground installation box frame of galvanised steel. Unlike other systems, our cage frames are simple to install when used with
our timber installation templates. Being of a box type construction, they provide super high strength and remain, permanently fixed without movement within the concrete footing. Additionally, we recommend that three pieces of Rio Mesh be utilised at the bottom, centre and below the top of the concrete footing, or the foundation. Rio mesh provides additional reinforcement to the concrete, ensuring protection against cracking & reducing possible movement of the footing in certain sub soils. All above ground cage bolt components including, lock nuts and washers are also hot dip galvanised, therefore no parts of the flagpoles cage frame are subject to possible rust or corrosion, thus providing a guaranteed  professional flagpole installation.
 
INSTALLATION TEMPLATE 

Our unique flagpole installation templates are used in conjunction with the above cage bolt assemblies. They are a simple and reliable installation method providing several benefits. Firstly, the template allows the correct setting required for the cage frame thread heights to be attained, by adjusting nuts and washers on top
of the template itself. Secondly, it helps form the top of the curing concrete into
a flat square level base pad, by means of levelling across the board, once poured while the concrete is wet. Once the concrete has cured, the template is removed revealing a flat, level base pad for seating of the flagpole's base plate. To ensure a perfectly level flagpole set up, minor corrections to base pad levelling are done by means of additional washers put underneath the flagpole's steel base plate.
Always ensure that a structural grade concrete is used for all footings, and allow concrete to fully cure before flagpoles are installed. (Do Not Use Quick Set Concrete).
 
ANODISED FINISH 

All outdoor flagpoles are supplied with a superior marine grade 20 micron anodised finish, providing the most durable and corrosion resistant finish available. Anodised finishes are unique, as the finish itself is directly etched into the aluminium surface, therefore offering a far superior, complete internal and external resistance to any oxidisation or corrosion. Anodised finishes are especially important within a marine area or coastal region and are regarded as first choice. Anodised flagpoles are also far more resistant to any possible abrasion from the flagpoles own rope and flag clips. Our fine quality marine grade anodised flagpoles are simply the best you can buy!
 
POWDER COATED FINISH 

Our superior high gloss white powder coated flagpoles are the finest that can be produced. Unlike a standard powder coated finish which firstly involves an initial application of an etch primer or pigment primer to the mill surface of the aluminium to aid bonding of the electrical charged top coat powder pigments. Once coated the resulting top coat finish exhibits a rough or uneven low build finish, with no internal corrosion resistance due to it being a simple and basic external surface finish only. Adware's high gloss white powder coated finishes are unique in as much as they far exceed all other painted or powder coated finishes available. Our
superior powder coat finishing system firstly begins with flagpoles that have been already pre acid etched and anodised. The benefits of powder coating by this system firstly, offers a very smooth pre etched surface which provides an excellent base thus enabling full maximum top coat adhesion. Secondly, it produces a far superior and higher build of finish. Our unique two stage finishing system of combined anodising and powder coating also provides the highest form of internal and external resistance against top coat delamination, with the highest anti corrosion and anti oxidisation protection.
 
FLAGPOLE COMPONENTS 

Only the highest quality flagpole components, also known as flagpole parts or flagpole fittings, are used in the manufacture of our flagpole range. All pole parts are utilised for their superior strength, durability and resistance to high winds, rain and harsh UV light, resulting in durable quality flagpoles that are properly manufactured to last a lifetime.
 
FLAGPOLE ROPE 


When it comes to flagpole rope, also known as flagpole rigging, flag rope, or by the nautical term flagpole "halyard" we supply and use the highest quality marine grade rope for all flagpoles produced. This rope being double braided polyester flagpole rope as it has many advantages, firstly polyester is naturally UV resistant, therefore it will not breakdown or degrade, also it is naturally water repellent and will not easily fray with use overtime. It is also incredibly strong and regarded as the finest available.


All flagpoles are manufactured from T6-6063 or T6-6082 high tensile aluminium.
